Stopped in to get the soft top cover on my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis evaluated by professional to see if it needed to be replaced. Was treated by very nice gentleman who told me there was no problem with it, but that when the time came to replace it it would cost x dollars and then I should come back and see him then. It's refreshing to see a good old-fashioned company with honest people working at it. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Dropped off seat to be partially repaired seat was at their shop for over a year did not recieve any call. I stopped by seat was not worked on at all.another several months went by nothing. I finally picked the seat up.if they didn't want to work on seat just tell me.not professional this time.other work was good over the years but I deseserved a phone call on why this time work could not proceed on this seat.

Aug 2018. Fisher Griffin Company is one of the worst places I've dealt with! All lies and excuses why my Work couldn't be complete after money was taken! Went for a convertible interior, told me it would take a month well that was April 2018 it's Now August 2018 my car is still sitting nowhere near complete!? I had to take legal action to get the job done BEWARE! Brandon is a con artist who constantly tells customers lies

Fisher Griffin did a wonderful job on my 2 month old Miata's soft top. This car just went into production a few months ago and already someone slashed the top on my car. My Geico insurance agent recommended I check in with this shop while I waited for the soft top to arrive in the US and then Cincinnati. I'm glad I did. They took me in immediately, explained exactly what they were going to do and patched up the giant whole in my roof and made it weatherproof until the parts arrived at the dealer.
They also worked with my insurance to make sure it came out of my deductible since I paid it on the spot. It turns out this 100+ year old shop is also where the Mazda dealer takes soft tops to get replaced so they also did that work on my car and it looks brand new again. The entire time I worked directly with one of the owners who was very informative and a pleasure to work with.
I definitely recommend the quality of work they do with convertible soft tops. My only gripe is they returned the car even dirtier than I brought it (it's been snowing) so now I have to clean it up inside. If it weren't for that this would be an easy 5 stars.
