R&R has been taking care of our Toyota Land Cruiser since it's come off of warranty. Now 18 years and 320,000 miles later - yes that is the correct mileage - they're still keeping old Bessie running smooth and strong! My son is hoping he can continue to drive Bessie for the next 10 years and we are betting he will as long as we keep bringing her to R&R!

I recently took my Jaguar in to R&R Auto Service because the check engine light came on. I chose them because I saw online that they specialize in Jaguars. Making an appointment was very easy. You can actually make an appointment online or over the phone. They were very knowledgeable about my car and explained everything they did to resolve my issue.
The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and they guarantee their work for 12 months or 12,000 miles. I will definitely come back if I need any work done on my Jaguar.

R&R Auto recently did work on my Mother In-law's Subaru. The car has over 200K miles on it. The owner of the shop, Rob Carter, did a thorough inspection and found the culprit of the oil stains in our driveway. Not only did he fix that at a reasonable price but also corrected a few other minor issues. It was all a very stress free transaction and I highly recommend R&R Auto Service.

I used to hate bringing my car in for repair because I felt like I was being held hostage. I LOVE R&R. They explain what I need, what I will need, and what I can wait to fix. I am treated like a valued customer, not like "a female customer". Rob Carter and his crew have taken care of my Yukon for the past 60K miles. (I'm about to go past 170K miles). I believe they will take me another 170K!
