Quality Plus Automotive Service opened our doors in 1984, two years before the first Acura vehicles were introduced in the United States. Our 2003 Honda Accord EX-L V6 was diagnosed with an oil pump seal leak. Moreover, the steering rack had two torn dust boots. Scott provided expert advice and patiently answered all of my questions. He kept me apprised of the status in a timely manner. The Honda dealership recommended a full steering rack replacement. The estimated quote was $1,700.
A second shop diagnosis yielded an expensive automatic transmission rebuild. Chase Baker correctly diagnosed the root cause of the leaks within two hours. The transmission was not leaking fluid. I was very impressed. The expert repairs were performed within two days including a wheel alignment. The entire team is customer focused. Overall my first experience with Quality Plus Automotive was outstanding. My plan is to have both the Honda and 2005Ford Explorer serviced here.

I grew up in a household were my dad could fix his own vehicles. I learned very quickly a good car mechanics are worth their weight in gold. The folks at Quality Plus definitely fit this category. They are very honest, helpful and overall trustworthy. I walked away feeling that I just found my new car mechanics and THAT is hard to find. I am more than confident that if they came to me and said this or that had to be fixed I would 100% believe them and know in my gut they weren't racking up charges that weren't necessary. Plus, when I went to drive my car back home.a chocolate chip cookie was waiting for me. Now, I'm not saying I'm easily swayed.but I ate that cookie all the way home. It was delicious! I felt like I just left Grandma's house.

I started having severe car issues on Thursday, and called these guys after doing some brief research and reading their reviews. Got an appointment scheduled for Monday. Drop off was quick and seamless. I drive a slightly older, high mileage vehicle. There's a lot of minor issues that are "mended" to get through until it finally gives out completely. Anyway, dropped my car off at 8:36am, got a phone call with diagnosis at 12:43pm provided my approval, and received another call at 5:27 stating the work was completed. Replaced all spark plugs and coils, including ignition coil, fuel injector service, and replaced drive belt.
Overall the repairs were expensive by my opinion (dollar wise, not necessarily value) but I don't know the going rate for the parts and labor and I know my car requires the removal of some engine parts to replace all the plugs and coils, so it's a labor intensive job. They inquired about some problems with which I was already aware of, and declined the service due to the high mileage and low life expectancy. Now, the reason for five stars: 1) I received no objections or attempted negotiations when I declined the services, they actually seemed like it was expected. 2) I have some zipties and duct tape holding some plastic pieces of the engine in place to prevent rattling, no mention of that was given and no recommendations to fix something that I clearly found to be a low priority. 3) My invoice contains 1.5 pages of "declined jobs", which I assume are either standard recommendations or at least fairly standard with my mileage, and the vast majority were not mentioned in our conversation.
Just got the work done today and have only had minimal driving since picking up my car, but I like the lack of pressure, speed of service, and customer service. So far the problem seems to be fixed, but I will update if that turns out to not be the case. I don't like spending all the money I had to spend, but I'd like to believe I got at least a decent value. I guess time shall tell.

We were in the market to replace our old auto mechanic when we received a direct mailer offer a discounted oil change for new customers. Normally I just toss these but something told me to do some research. I immediately went online and liked what I saw. They made us feel comfortable right from the start. The service was great and we did not feel pressured. We found our new mechanic!

Being new to the area, friend recommended me. My 2012 Avalon check engine light came on, cruise control stopped working. Went back and forth with Scott (kept me updated throughout) and they got to the bottom of the problem and did the repair. Knowing cars / engines somewhat, I was impressed with their work. An unforeseen (somewhat expensive) problem appeared and they fixed it without charging me for it!
A great bunch of folks - knowledgeable and honest. Also got a free loaner car (Prius) as the car was kept overnight. Highly recommended. Part 2. December 2020. Had to bring my car back for 'open heart surgery' (valve job due to worn valve guide)! Many other garages wouldn't take on the work. Scott and Josh kept me updated throughout. Car now runs like new! You can always trust these guys and the prices are what you would expect with a good automotive service.

Family owned business. They are very welcoming. Easy to make an appointment, and even lend you a loaner car. If loaner is not available, they will drive you home so you don't have to waste time in the waiting room. They make servicing your auto a breeze. My brakes were serviced and working great. This was my second time using their business. The best is when all is done, a delicious cookie is left waiting for you with a lovely note in your car as a thank you. Will definitely use them again and again.

I went to a local Ford dealership service department that I have used for over 5 years to get an estimate on an oil leak. They charged me $152.00 for the diagnosis. They said that it would cost $2,800 to repair the vehicle. I went to Quality to get a second opinion and they were able to repair the leak for $550.00. Ford had totally misdiagnosed the problem. After getting the repair I went on an extended trip of over 700 miles and had no problems. Please don't hesitate using them for all your automotive needs!

My husband took our 2012 Subaru Outback with 125K miles to Quality Plus for a second opinion after the local dealer told him the 'knocking' noise meant we needed a new engine and it would set us back over $7K. Jacob, the service manager had the technician review our car and called my husband with the most detailed explanation he'd ever received from a auto mechanic. Jacob spent nearly 20 min on the phone with my husband explaining what Quality Plus did to assess our car.
He was confident there was nothing wrong with my engine that even came close to what the dealer reported. Following a continued evaluation, Jacob called my husband at the end of the day to tell him that they were confident the knocking noise was related to the timing belt. He informed my husband that since the belt was installed within the year, whomever did the work should warranty that job. Jacob recommended that we get the car and take it to the other mechanic that did the timing belt. Jacob told my husband that he could do the work, but it would be expensive as they would have to likely replace the belt.
On his word, my husband took the car to the mechanic that did the belt earlier this year and explained the situation. That mechanic ultimately discovered that the tensioner in the timing belt had failed and was causing the knocking noise. That mechanic fixed the car under their warranty. In all my 31 years of driving, I've never had a mechanic like Quality treat me with such transparency and honesty. Jacob and his team could have done the work, fixed my car and charged me for the new timing belt. I would have had no idea. Instead their honesty earned them a new customer in our 3 car household. Thank you Jacob and the Quality Plus team.

This place is an absolute joy to work with. The prices are fair and they do great work. Scott is VERY kind and knowledgeable. They always call and check the services needed and the prices before they do any work. I'll likely never take my car elsewhere! Services: Oil change, Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I honestly can't say enough about this place! The customer service is like no other. Jacob, Scott and Josh were all top notch! I had taken my car to 2 different places with no answers. I took my car here after a referral from a friend, and they knew EXACTLY the problem, and within 24 hours they had it fixed! No one else will ever touch my car. These guys are phenomenal. Oh, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the cookie! 10 stars in my book.

Very friendly and professional. The dealer I went to misdiagnosed the issue and were going to charge for a full clutch replacement. The quoted clutch replacement from Quality Plus was 40% cheaper. But it gets better. when I dropped off my car, the team and Quality Plus was able to correctly diagnose a broken bracket and not the clutch that was causing issues.
They were able to source the part and install it for much less than a full clutch replacement. I will definitely be returning to Quality Plus Automotive Service for my future auto service needs.

I dropped my car off for an oil change last week and everyone in the office was incredibly nice. They scheduled me the day after I called and this was by far the best experience I've had with an automotive shop since I moved here- and I've been to a few! These guys were awesome, I will definitely be returning for my future car service needs!

Qualify plus is the best place to get your car taken care of. The staff is SO nice, they have a lovely waiting room and they get the work done in a timely manner. As someone who knows little about cars I have found the staff to be trustworthy. When my car was finished they put a small thank you gift in the car. I would 10/10 recommend my experience with the quality plus team!
