World Class Auto was a wonderful company to go to for our 2012 Mini Cooper. They were very caring and attentive to our needs and service was quick and professional. I'm confident that what needed fixing on our car would have ended up costing a lot more money had we had it fixed at the dealership. But do to WCA's good communication I felt like we were in good honest hands and I didn't feel like we were taken advantage of with any unnecessary charges.
They even checked in with us later on to make sure that the car was still running properly. I've never had a repair shop do that until they had! We appreciate their good business sense and quality service. We will definitely be coming back for any future maintenance on our Mini.

The team at World Class Auto Repair were absolutely amazing. They were able to provide me with realistic expectations on how long it might take to get my car fixed and potential issues based on what I told them on the phone. They were able to fix my car and stayed true to the estimate they gave me. As someone with no car knowledge, I often feel uncomfortable going to auto repair stores and I did not at all feel taken advantage of or swindled by the service team at World Class Auto. I will 100% be coming back for routine maintenance.

I was in a bind when my check engine light came on and my car would will not start. Will guided me on the phone of who to call in the process of bring my car to the shop. He even stayed after closing to make sure I got there ok and put my car in the gated parking lot. These guys are top-notch and I highly recommend them. Services: Brake service & repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Air & cabin filter replacement

I am from Louisville Ky. I was visiting Birmingham when my BMW X5 died on me. Had it towed to the dealership where it was diagnosed. Verdict from the BMW dealership was outrageous. Had vehicle towed to world class auto. Best move ever. The dealership had misdiagnosed my vehicle. World Class repaired my BMW for a fraction of what the dealership was trying to charge. Very honest business practices. Very friendly. Do great work. BMW is performing like new! Would definitely return.

I found World Class Auto Repair 3 years ago using an online repair shop review site and have been very satisfied with their multiple services to both my '09 Mercedes ML350 and '01 BMW 325cic. Father and son, Philip and Brandon, form the core of their service team. They are honest and reliable, and prices appear to be competitive.
