I was told the transmission was bad and I needed a new one. They replaced it with a rebuilt transmission but I had the same issue when I drove out of the parking lot. I took it back and they did something else to it that cost me an additional $500. That didn't fix the issue. It's been 3 years and I still have the same issue. Very disappointed and out $3000.

We were out of town when the transmission started acting up. after calling midas and another business it was clear this was the place. When I dropped the car off everything went as planned, had the information I needed to feel safe driving home. would highly reccomend this business to anyone.and I am very picky Service: Transmission

Do not come here for work! I took my navigator in for a check engine light which was throwing a lean code, they had my truck for a month and did not touch it, when i kept calling the manager there kept lying saying they still doing diagnostics work on it. I drove there to see if they moved my truck to a bay or into a garage, and it hadn't. It was to the point my air suspension had completely had my truck on the ground, thats how i knew it hadn't been moved.

So they finally called me and told me i needed a torque converted which had nothing to do with my check engine light at all and quoted me a $3,700 price for it. They are a joke and feels like everything needs a transmission. I will never take my vehicle here again!

I never went to the store. I simply called to ask question about certain scenarios for transition issues and what can cause it and the only thing they kept saying is we can't say until we look at it. This is a bull response because I know several mechanics that can easily explain what causes transmission issues. My call of bull was further validated when they said it would cost 100 bucks JUST TO DIAGNOSE it.

Absolutely not going to mechanic charging me 100 bucks just to tell me what I already know and found out online. I know very little of their skill. But their customer service ok the phone is garbage.

Great people, changed my daughters transmission. Got it home, after a few days it had some issues. Took the car back and they replaced the transmission again for free. Cars been perfect for months now. We are happy and will use them in the future if needed. Service: Transmission

Had some minor transmission issues and wasn't sure who to call. I called a few local places for advice and.well, when someone doesn't care about their job, it's very present in their tone of voice. After a few unhelpful calls, I came across this place, and it was truly a night and day difference. Super nice/professional on the phone, asked the right questions and got me down for a decent time. I dropped off my car for the weekend because I was on vacation, but they ended up getting it done the day they started working on it. Awesome place!
