I have been looking for a BMW mechanic other than the one I'd been using and seemed to have found the Holy grail of shops. I highly recommend. Extremely happy with work done and with the price especially. Give them a shot you won't be sorry. 5-16-22 Brought my 335i back for my second trip to Babbitt for items that needed attention. They gave me an estimate which was approx 40% cheaper with labor than BMW dealer. Dropped vehicle off Sunday night car was done right after lunch. I'll never take my Beemer to anyone else as this shop is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. They have once again blown me away with their services.

Babbitt is hands down the best mechanic I've ever used. I wouldn't go to anybody else in town. They have the most knowledgeable mechanics, and their customer service is nothing short of amazing! I was involved in a car accident and the first adjuster was unable to adequately diagnose the repairs. Babbitt was able to confirm the damages caused by the accident and helped me tremendously with processing my claim to my insurance company.

I wouldn't have been able to get the situation resolved without them. You won't find that level of customer service anywhere else. they treat you like family. Jen is the best! Thanks Babbitt!

Jen and her team were great! I took my car in for what seemed like a daunting repair and they got it done quickly and efficiently. I picked my 4 series up better than when I had dropped it off. They were transparent, honest and not pushy. They finished it off with a nice detail and the car drives great. I will be returning anytime I need a repair!

Babbitt is such a nice professional place to take your BMW! I took my 535i to Danny for some work to be done. motor mounts, turbo line leak, transmission fluid change. Danny was very easy to talk to and work with made everything easy and upfront about everything. Needed a few repairs done to my 2012 BMW, and an internet search led me to Babbitt Auto Werks. Not only did they have great reviews, it was a substantial savings over the dealer estimate, with a better warranty. The shop was thorough and vehicle was done by the date promised. The employees were a joy to work with. They kept me informed thru the entire process and were extremely friendly and personable. I will definitely use Babbitt again, and highly recommend them!

Made my appointment online and got confirmation quickly. It had been a long time since my car had been serviced, so I asked for a thorough evaluation. I got that and more, including the regular service (oil change, sparkplugs, etc.) that I needed. Work was completed sooner than projected, and the mechanical evaluation included recommendations on services immediately needed and those I could defer.

I feel confident in following the shop's advice and feel that I saved money over the same services performed by a BMW dealer. This is the second time I've brought my car to Babbitt and will not hesitate to return for my next service.

This was my 2nd service with Babbitt since I purchased my first BMW about 2 years ago. Both times Babbitt was timely, honest, friendly and extremely fair in cost compared to some other big name mechanics. I am so relieved to have found my long term mechanic home for my vehicle. We have taken our vehicles to Babbitt Motor for years. They are professional and personable. They keep us updated on the work being done. They have reasonable pricing. This was my first visit to Babbitt Motor Werks, and it won't be my last. I felt very confident in their assessment of my vehicle and the work they performed. I didn't even think to ask, but they told me that there was a warranty on the work - that's not usually something offered up when you're picking up your vehicle. I fully trust this shop and look forward to them taking care of my Mini for years to come!

They were able to get the car diagnosed and repaired in the same day. Very honest and decent price. Quick/responsive professional communication. I appreciate they let you know what needs to be fixed and don't push you to things that don't need to be fixed. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my 340i xDrive in for a suspension overhaul, was quoted a very competitive price for the work and they were super supportive. I installed new BILSTEIN b12 kit, vac front monoball control arms, and sway bar end links. Babbitt motor werks did a fantastic and quick job on my car, now my car handles like a true ultimate driving machine, cannot recommend them more, amazing mechanics and awesome results. Would definitely get all my service done thru them if I don't live in Prescott.

Went to Babbit Motor Werks in Scottsdale. I explained my problem with the steering at freeway speeds. They knew what was wrong immediately and fixed the problem. Personal were fabulous. Taken my 2014 535i in, and these guys did a wonderful job. Super reliable people and they had my car finished super quick. Danny has amazing customer service you need to give that man a raise.

Integrity of a business is a telling indicator of customer service - and while I had no work done by Babbitt (yet) on my X5 5.0 M Sport, I will definitely return when I do need service. Dropped my car off for an engine light warning and an hour later got a call - vehicle still under warranty and they had called the dealership to confirm. They could have performed the service, but instead saved me a lot or money.

This shop is unreal. Can't tell you how impressed I am with this facility compared to other experiences I've had in the valley. I was initially planning on only having my rotors/pads and oil changed. Called the shop and spoke to Danny, super friendly guy and gave me a great quote and time frame. Dropped it off the next morning when they opened, figured MAYBE by end of the day I'll have it back. Nope, got a call at lunch saying they were already done. However, I was informed that I had a serious gas leak from a bad fuel pump.

I thought about taking it to the dealership for a second but decided these guys were already crushing it and said go ahead. I have a third party warranty which Danny called right up and got my fuel pumps covered as well as my worn tranny mounts. Couldn't believe it but he called me back a few hours later to let me know the work was completed. Blown away! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danny and his crew in a heartbeat. I definitely know my new go to shop for all my BMW repairs.

We BMW Owners know that Great Things don't come cheap. We also know with these amazing cars the maintenance costs don't come cheap either. So when my 525xi needed service I thought WOW!.not only is it going to cost me big time.but I'm also looking at having my BMW serviced in North Scottsdale. OUCH!.Even thought about taking the car in to another part of the Phoenix area to avoid paying more!.Not so at Babbitt Auto Werks. Prices were super competitive (actually paid less than my research said I would) Danny and his staff are as good as it gets.

My Advice. Take the guess work and uncertainty out of your decision as to where to go. If you like Honesty!.Super reasonable prices!.no upselling!.quality workmanship!.and completed when promised!.Then Babbitt Auto Werks is the place for your prized possession Ultimate Driving Machine

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Amazing customer Service. Danny is the best service manager. my car was in right away for an oil change on my Mini Cooper and went above and beyond with a couple of lights that needed replaced. And wash my car. If your taking your BMW or Mini to the dealership for service your throwing your money away. Thank you again Danny.

This place saved my life literally I just purchased a vehicle from the dealer and they sold me a bad car took it here they diagnosed everything and handled what I needed to be safe on the road I trust Babbitt over any dealer service department in AZ they found and corrected my issue when the dealership I purchased it from couldn't help. This was my first experience with BABBITT MOTOR WERKS. I found them through Yelp where they have top reviews. It's true. There are an great shop! From working with Danny in getting the quote and scheduling my appointment to having the work done everything was seamless. Danny was courteous, professional, and prompt. I would highly recommend this shop! They are now my go to for anything I need for my BMW!

If you own a BMW you must take your car here for service. Less hassle & you will save money. The best thing is the honest service. Top notch!

I don't usually leave reviews but I had my car towed here and they got it looked and back to me the next day. Danny is super cool and super communicative. They scanned my car and fixed a problem I was having with my throttle body. They hooked me up with a super good deal and I think they even washed my car for me haha

I have never written a Yelp review but have read 1000's maybe millions. LOL.ok.a lot. I did read all the reviews I could find on Babbitt Motor Works in Scottsdale. All I needed was to replace a car battery. Simple right, even Pep Boys could do it. NOT. My baby, a 2011 328i convertible is only going to the best I can find.and I found it. Danny the Service Manager is so friendly and knowledgeable.

He told me all the in's and out's of a battery for my baby. A BMW does need special care for sure, that is why I got it. After talking to Danny I met Zach, the Certified BMW Master Mechanic. I have to tell you that with all my fears of leaving Wesley (my babies name) with them I knew everything would be ok. Zach told me the whole process of what is involved in a simple battery change.

Something they call registering it to the car. OK so I think it's like sending a card to the manufacturer. Nope Zach said he hooks up a computer to the car and tell the cars computer (that controls the charging system) the new specs of the battery being replaced so it knows how to charge the new battery. Pep Boys or Auto Zone would have said HUH! Anyway, this is the place to go for the love of my life (don't tell my wife. I like her too). It's that simple. Thanks guys you are the best!

Danny and crew at Babbitt Motor Werks are fantastic! They went above and beyond to repair my failed transfer case on my BMW 3 series, literally saving me thousands of dollars off doing this at the dealer! I will be back for any work and maintenance that is needed moving forward, it is so great to have an independent shop to trust!

I have used Babbitt previously and have been very satisfied. Today I brought my BMW to them because the power driver's seat was not operating in the forward and back directions. Danny, the manager, had one of his technicians check out the problem. It turned out to be a loose motor plug and he re-plugged the motor and refused any compensation.

I give Babbitt 5 stars not because there was no charge (which was much appreciated), but rather because they could have said I needed a new motor and I would have had no way of knowing the true problem. Danny and Babbitt now have my loyalty and future business due to their honesty and high level of integrity.

This is my second time here since the purchase of my bmw. Great pricing, very knowledgeable. You will save about 75% on oil changes compared to the dealer. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone.

Zac and crew at Babbitt Motor Werks are the only mechanics that will ever touch my BMWs! Zac literally built my 135i with all the bolt-on and tuning modifications. They are specialists in being a factory trained repair center, but they can help you with modifications to your BMW as well. If you have questions about various modifications they'll give you their experienced answers, and will not just give you an answer according to a review.

I feel extremely blessed that I have found an extremely honest, fairly priced, and factory trained BMW specialists that perform absolute immaculate work on your BMW/Mini. Danny is a fantastic shop manager and was nice enough to allow me to pick the brain of Zac concerning N54 modifications, what problems they have, and recommended maintenance to keep my 135i running perfectly. And, because of the expertise of Zac's work, my BMW 135i is running like a perfectly tuned machine!

I also especially appreciate Zac's patience in answering all of my various questions. Again, no one except for Babbitt Motor Werks will ever perform service, maintenance, and repairs on my BMW. Brought my car in once again and Zac worked his magic installing my Koni struts and Eibach springs, new wheels and tires, plus an alignment. Zac also told me about recommended maintenance now and in the future. I'm very thankful that I have a go to guy who is knowledgeable (he's a genius) and extremely honest for all my BMW needs! I continue to be impressed with this company. My engine light went on so I brought my car into Babbitt. They hooked up their scanner and read the codes and determined that it was a thermostat issue. Better yet, they told me that BMW had extended the warranty on that part to 10 years and would replace it for free but I had to take it into a BMW service shop. Once again, they had the opportunity to take advantage of me but did the right thing.
