Really happy with the service! Had to bring my car in for repairs and the staff was very wonderful and helpful. Though the process took longer than I expected/ hoped they assured me things were moving along. Still, I had to call to check in a few times to see the status of my car and request updates. Joel and Noe were great and explained the damage and repairs thoroughly. The ladies in the office were always very kind and helpful. Avenue returned my car to me in pristine condition, I appreciate the attention to detail. Thank you Avenue!

We brought our Mitsubishi in after a crash and Noe and his crew at Avenue Body Shop were fantastic. Though it took some time due to issues with insurance and car part availability, everyone at the shop did what they could to help us navigate insurance and get the job done as quickly as they could. The service was very friendly and the results were impeccable - our car looks like new, inside and out.

When my car had been hit on the passenger side, I searched Yelp for an excellent body shop. After reading the reviews on Avenue Body, I called them around 4:30 p.m. for an estimate. A couple of the other body shops I called didn't even answer at that time. The admin staff answered immediately and invited me to come in for an estimate that afternoon. Joel, one of the owners, met me in the driveway, and showed me around the shop. He was so gracious as were all of the admin staff. They really take care of you and your car and my car looks like new! Highly recommended.

One of the most unpleasant things is trying to get a car repaired. Almost as bad as purchasing a new car. However, my interaction with Avenue Body Shop could not have been better. The staff was amazing - pleasant and professional. They quoted me a price for repair that was literally less than a quarter of what Fix Auto repair offered. They were fast and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I have used Avenue Body Shop twice in the last year. The first was when someone vandalized my car by smashing the side rear view mirror. The cost for this replacement part was going to be extraordinarily high and the staff at Avenue Body Shop took the time and made the effort to find a very reasonably priced perfectly refurbished mirror that could be used and saved me over $300.

More recently I had body damage to the rear of my car and in spite of labor shortages, difficulty securing parts with supply chain issues and everything else going on, everyone at Avenue Body Shop did everything in their power, from submitting the estimate to my insurance company, following up with a revised estimate and doing such good work that my car looks absolutely brand new!

The communication was stellar, the work was extraordinary perfect and I'm just so grateful for everyone at this local business. Thank you especially to Rocio and Ana for taking all of my calls and your communication, and to Noe for the thorough and accurate estimate, and everyone else for such great work! It is so reassuring to have such a reliable auto body shop in the neighborhood and I recommend Avenue to everybody!

Amazing shop, would recommend to anybody in the city! Noe and Joel were especially great. I had no idea where to start in dealing with my collision insurance, but Avenue dealt directly with my insurance to get everything resolved and repaired in a timely manner - even during the holiday season! My car looked brand new when I picked it up, and they even detailed the interior! All the staff was so helpful and responsive, and they made a stressful experience much easier.

Avenue Body Shop seriously went above and beyond! Went to get a few repairs done & when I wasn't able to afford a new bumper to replace my super banged-up one, they bumped out the dent for free while making the other repairs - all within an hour while I went to grab lunch nearby! Good reliable shop full of trustworthy & kind people - definitely will be referring them to friends & colleagues.

I was in a hit & run & had to get some body work done on my car. A friend had recommended Avenue Body shop & the yelp reviews were good so I thought I would give them a try. They lived up to every positive word said about them. I got calls from two different people during the process. They were all just great! I had to spend bit of money as I had a deductable with my insurance.

They all made the process as painless as it could be. They let me know how long it would take to fix my car. I asked them if it could be done sooner as I needed it. They said they would try & it was done ahead of schedule. The car looked great. I was charged exactly what expected & they cleaned the interior of the car as well. They also checked the car & let me know stuff that needed to be done with my mechanic.

I did know about it, but I was just there for body work and the fact that they checked the car anyway is really above & beyond. These guys are in my contacts now. It's obvious they've been around a long time. I highly recommend these guys! They made what can sometimes be a difficult situation really easy.

One of the best service experiences I've had. As a young woman I normally feel uncomfortable and intimidated at auto shops but the owner was extremely fair and kind. Best of all, he and his team made my car feel like new. The attention to detail was impressive. Highly recommend!

Avenue Body Shop did great work on my CRV mirror! Noe (the owner), Joel and the rest of the staff were kind, funny and good people. Noe found a used part to reduce the cost of the repair and made sure he provided a good deal. I brought my CRV in end of day, they kept it for a few days to order the part / do the repairs and quickly called me to let me know it was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean on the inside and out! It was truly a great experience.

Noe, Jania and the whole team here are fantastic! When my car was hit, I was so nervous about getting conned by a shady shop in the city. The team here taught me how to assess damage, didn't make me feel silly, and provided fast, quality service. Not only did they fix my car but the detailed and shampooed my whole car unsolicited (they took out stains on my front seat) and gave me recommendations for great auto insurance with affordable rates. My car looks brand new and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend this business!

Avenue body shop did a spectacular job with my broken window. A vandal broke my passenger side window which also lead to door damage, they guided me through the insurance process and did a great job with the door. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. They were incredibly responsive throughout the process and took care to explain the details of the fix as well. Highly recommend this body shop.!

This business is AMAZING! Someone ripped off my gas cap and as soon as I brought it in they installed a new one. FOR FREE! Great people and amazing work. Highly recommend them.

They did a great job with my car after my neighbor hit it after me only owning it less than a month. I'm always scared to leave my cars behind places, but they really dug into detail and got the job done very nicely. Looks like nothing happened at all to it. I'll definitely return, but hopefully I won't have to. That is, if my neighbor doesn't run into my car again.

I brought my 2014 BMW 228i to Avenue Auto after another driver scraped the driver's side door and back panel when trying to force a U-turn on a narrow street where my car was parked. Avenue Auto had the best reviews on Google by far and, after having had the damage to my car repaired at Avenue Auto, I whole-heartedly agree with all their 4 star reviews. Avenue Auto scores high on both the repair work and on their customer service.

First thing I have to say is thaaaank you! Especially Janai! Mid pandemic still commuting around the bay using public transportation, killing my pockets and I finally find these guys. My car was pretty much totaled and I didn't have all my money up front, also didn't have insurance when I had my accident months prior ( long story, I have full coverage now). Janai is the sweetest woman on earth!

She expressed to me that she knew the struggle and everybody is being affected and worked with me! We worked out an agreement, she and her staff where patient and now I'm on the road again!

I don't write reviews but WOW! These guys really took amazing care of me and my car (a 2005 BMW X5 that has been my trusted friend for 15 years). I got rear-ended and it caused body damage as well as some mechanical damage. They took care of ALL of it. And not just took care of it. My friend looks like new. I literally can't believe it. It's not just the way they fixed the damage.

In the process, they took care of shining lights, buffing out other minor damage and just doing the things that I imagine they would do if it were their own car. Truly above and beyond the call of duty. They took care of my car like it was their own. And with amazing customer service to boot! Don't question it. Trust Noe (owner's name). You're in good hands!

I really appreciate the work Noe and his team have done on my car. He was very professional and made sure I knew what was going to get done and what would get worked on. I came to the shop with my 2005 Subaru and some parts for the repair that I had scavenged off of the internet, and the staff was incredibly receptive, friendly, and accommodating. I got a satisfactory quote immediately and they were able to take care of my vehicle within 2 days. They not only did a great job, but also replaced my fog light and rear light bulbs on the house and fully vacuumed my car. 10 out of 10 service and I'd trust this shop for any repair

Avenue body shop is the best body shop I've worked with. They are a family business and it shows. Avenue made my unfortunate car accident experience much better and were super helpful through the entire process from getting the car towed, to dealing with insurance, and estimating the repair. I would highly recommend them. They were very honest and straightforward through the whole process and were compassionate about my situation.

I can get why they're rated 5 stars. Met w/Joel this morning to get an estimate on having the "Toyota TRD Off Road 4x4" decals removed from the sides of my truck's bed, clean up any left over adhesive, and buff back out. Quote was spot-on and they started on it right away. I popped next door and had a tasty breakfast at Dona Mago. They did a perfect job, and masked off and buffed the full sides of the bed. On budget, on time -- and everyone there is super nice to boot!

I've never had such a great customer experience other than with Avenue Body Shop. They made me feel like family and I really felt taken care of during a time that is pretty stressful when dealing with car repairs. I've used them 3 times in the past 2 years for repairs, and the last time my car was involved in a hit and run accident and the car was not repairable.

They gave me great advice on how to handle the claim, they were so communicative and reassuring on what next steps would be. Car repairs are never fun, but Avenue Body Shop does its best to make you feel like you matter and your car is valuable. Don't go anywhere else but here!

I selected this shop from the Yelp reviews. They used all Mercedes parts, not OEM, at no extra cost. They did follow up service to address the small issues. It's stressful to have a car crash. This one was unfortunate. My son "borrowed" my car on Christmas after I had gone to sleep. Being woken from sleep with news he wrecked my car, was not fun. Progressive and Avenue made it all go smoothly. I would opt out of this experience if I could. But that's not how life works. They took care of my car, my frazzled nerves and my sanity.
