Best service in town. If you want a shop to treat you right this is where you want to go. Jason the owner is a great person to work with and will give you a fair price. Not try and nickel and dime you. We have been a customer for several years if I need something fixed this is where I go with out even having to think about it. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Steering & suspension repair, Battery, Brakes, Air conditioning

So I took my vehicle here and Jason charged me $10k! Hah just kidding everyone! When you think of a family owned business who treats their customers like they are family, B&M Transmission is one of those places that should come to mind. Fantastic service! Fantastic crew! An actual affordable price! Why would you take your car anywhere else? Thanks for taking care of my vehicle gentlemen!

Jason is the man, never disappoints, such an honest business he runs and his quotes are way lower compared to the other places I have been to. Always will be customer, no hesitation. Customer service is also top notch, always takes the time to explain what is wrong and never has he charged an extra penny, if car did not require any servicing, he just let's me know plain and simple. Highly highly recommend

Team Jason is the best, I am his customer for life. Jason has helped me out with all sorts of car problems I had over the last 3 years, I have been coming to B&M. The service he provides at the price they ask for, it is really really hard to find that. recommend Jason and B&M without any reservations, have the highest regard for them

My son's older car had lots of problems and I can't say enough about the way Dave handled the situation! After listening to the symptoms, he diagnosed what was wrong and then set out fixing the car while being very careful not to do anything that was not really needed. While this method took a bit longer because a few unforeseen things came up, I really appreciate Dave's consideration, expertise and judgment. The fees are reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. I will not hesitate to come here for future automotive needs and have referred my friends, as well.

Great customer service. I went to get fluids checked after I had my transmission rebuilt. Even though they were busy the manager took the time to answer my questions and even checked out another problem with my car and fixed it at no charge. My car is 9 years old and I am glad I found a great shop that I can trust to fix any car repair problems I have.

We brought our son's 97 540I BMW To be repaired to this shop because it was in the neighborhood. They have worked on it twice - once to repair his clutch and another to replace some kind of suspension components. They are really a decent and honest repair shop - they worked so hard on our son's vehicle, kept us informed and got it back to us within a reasonable amount of time. The owner - was great. We will use them again FOR SURE!

I gave one star only because I had to. This is the most rude, unorganized, sexist business I have ever been to. I had an appointment Sat at 8am. When we showed up no one was there. We called other offices and they could not reach anyone so we went back to get car and take it to the Burnet location. Someone showed up and said he was called in so we left.
The "sons owner" as I was told by other locations, called. He said he could see I was scheduled to come in on Sat but did not know what for or what time. Insisted they didn't open at 8am and advised me he would not be working on my vehicle because we were being confrontational. Why, because we called other locations to inquire where he was ( it was mentioned that he might have been drinking the night before).
He then called me sweetie and that is where I ended the call and advised him to not touch my car. I am shocked that a business owner (son or not) would speak to someone when clearly they were in the wrong. What a waste of a Sat morning and my car still is not fixed!

Horrible business practice and service. Before diving into the work, I was told that the worse case scenario would be about $1800. Once they were in and I was committed to paying $500, they gave me a quote of $2450! I ended up getting it fixed and a month later had to take it back. They "fixed" it and claimed it was a part not associated with the initial repair. Their customer service got even worse when trying to deal with them after they already had my money. Go elsewhere

In many cases, the sign of a great business is not if there is a problem. it's how they handle the problem. B & M took great care of me in a very bad time. The manager - Chance, stayed late to make sure that I was taken care of. I have had back to back problems with my transmission and the good news for me is that this is a business that stands behind the promise of making it right, no matter what. Pretty rare these days. Had some transmission issues. was told free tow, free estimate and would be included in the repair."just did one last week got em out of here for $1,100 bucks" next day said it's gonna cost $475. to estimate asked what will the charge be? told 1000 to 1200 probably 8 hours later came back w/ $3,200. estimate. Now I expect they'll hold my truck for ransom.
Will go to BBB and Atty general if that happens. Would not recommend this company. You don't say "free estimate" then try to charge $500. come back with an estimate probably more than the DEALER would charge. Shite!

I took my car in for a leaky transmission. While everyone who worked with me was very friendly, and they did give me lifts to and from the shop (and paid for a rental), it took three times in the shop to fix the leak. And on one of those visits, in two days, they put 200 miles on my car (and reset the trip odometer, so I wouldn't have even known if I didn't keep a mileage log). I asked around to other mechanics, and was told this is very unusual.

At the worst time of year to have to spend a bunch of money, my transmission went out on my "recently paid off" 2001 f150 4x4.(right before Thanksgiving) I called several shops around town regardless of their reputations. I needed my truck back ASAP! After talking to David over the phone, he earned my business because of his polite and confident attitude.along with the lower price range quote. David seemed like the kind of guy I could be friends with in the real world! I'm naturally a worry-worm and asked all kinds of questions. I'm the type that normally fixes anything that goes wrong with my truck.even the motor. But, transmissions must go to a shop! (Dammit!) Well, he offered to tow my truck to the shop, but I already had it on a trailer ready to roll.
I dropped it off on monday in the late afternoon. David called me on Tuesday and gave me the scoop and a set price after the diagnosis. I gave him the OK.He also was willing to throw in a shift kit and upgraded parts for a longer lasting transmission. I was still worried something would go wrong, but Friday I was able to pick it up! There were no problems, it feels like a new truck!
It has been 2-weeks now and 1500 miles with no leaks, no problems whatsoever! I hope that it continues to shift smoothly and be worth the money I had to spend to keep my old truck on the road! I took it back yesterday for the required check-up in order to get my warranty and was in and out in 5 minutes with no problems. So far, I rate David and the rebuild crew an AAAAA+++++++++++++! If anything changes, I'll write a book! oh. I just did, my bad! Hope this helps you make a decision on where to take your car! Nick Pratt
