Went to Mckinney Gmc, Chevrolet in December to purchase a truck. Made it very clear to at least three individuals I don't want my credit pulled no more than 2 times to try and get this truck so my credit doesn't go down. I'm now on a 7th letter for request to get the truck. Plus the creditor these financed the truck through. They probably meant well behind trying to get it approved.

Though first impression is everything to me. I already had a new truck and good credit. Just the fact the truck was a 2003 made financing hard but I would've walked away. They don't listen to there customers and I won't return there again for future purchases

Bad after sales service I bought my car in February from Young Ford. By the way they changed the name to General Ford. The price was fair, but they didn't let a lot of room for negotiation. The really bad service started after I bought the car. I had problems with the exhaust of the car. I was 7 times there until they were able to fix the problem.

They were really unfriendly at the phone and in the service centre. Twice they forgot my appointment, they didn't tell me what they have done on the car, one time I got the car back without gas (Miles to be = 1) and at the end the tried to charge me some service work. I would never again buy a car from this company.

Got a flyer from these guys for a discount oil change. Called and made an appointment. Brought my car in and the service desk didn't know why I was there and claimed to have not sent out flyers. I was told that if I came back in 2 houris would get a small discount. I came back in 2 hours and was sent to a waiting room to see an "agent" and drop off my keys.

She also claimed no knowledge of flyers. I produced it for her and she left to talk with the manager of the lot. I was stuck in the waiting room for an hour with no keys and noticed as about half a dozen service employees stood outside and hung out smoking cigarettes. They were having a great time as I sat with no word from anyone. Finally I was told that the flyer wouldn't be honoured because I drive a BMW not a Ford.

The flyer did not specify. I noticed my car already on a rack and I was told I needed an expensive brake job. Then I completely lost it and demanded to see the "manager". The slackers finally started scurrying towards what looked like it may have been work to do. The "agent" apologised and then told me to wait a couple of hours that she had just sent a man out for a BMW oil filter.

I was the second last person to leave this business that night as they were closing. I had gotten there at 9 am to honour their " appointment". This happened almost a year ago but there was no way I would ever forget this incident. If you receive a flyer in the mail from this business I recommend you throw it away immediately.

Bought my car here and I come here for service. I haven't had any issues with them. The purchase process was smooth since my credit union partners with them for car buying. For my oil change I was in and out without an appointment for about the same price and Pep Boys and it seemed much faster. I will be back for my next oil change.

My main challenge with this dealership was that they were inflexible. Their online price (lower than the sticker price on the car if you just walked onto the lot) was "rock bottom" and they would not go any lower. We asked for some other concessions if they left no room to negotiate, and got offered one free oil change. We looked at other dealers but this car had the best options. and suddenly, their "rock bottom" internet price dropped online.

Apparently this happens automatically based on comparisons against other offerings in the market, etc - but that's what we were telling you when we tried to negotiate the price! During the negotiation process, after asking repeatedly, we were told the tires on the car were replaced when it came in to the dealsership. When I picked up the car, I heard a noise in the A/C and was told not to worry about it, if it persisted I had 30 days/1,000 miles to bring it back under the warranty.

I got the car evaluated by another mechanic who confirmed (a) the passenger blower fan was causing the noise and (b) the tires were NOT new and were likely original to the car at almost 60K miles. When we took this information to the dealer (on a Monday, during our work hours, because they were not available to discuss on Saturday and are closed Sunday) we spent almost 2 hours and the end result was a big NO.

They say they can't hear the noise, and to come back if the A/C actually breaks for it to be covered by the warranty. They say the tires are "like new" and pass inspection, which may be true, but is NOT what was promised. They say the oil was changed, but the car says it was not. Their offer? They would happily change my oil if I use my free oil change.

No offer to check my A/C, not even an offer for a discount on new tires. Just a "sorry, I can't control what all of my sales people say during the sales process" from a manager, and a halfhearted apology. Overall, very disappointing. I love my car even though the fan noise is driving me batty, I just wish it had been at another Ford dealership in the area so I could have dealt with better people.

Young's Ford was FANTASTIC! They were friendly (went out of their way to get us good options to choose from), got us a great deal on a beautiful new Ford Edge and offered us a great program. We couldn't be happier. We will ABSOLUTELY go to Young's and only Young's. Buying a car is never fun and always stressful. Young's made it about as positive experience as you could hope for and expect. Thanks to the team at Young's!

I recently looked at a car that has been on this lot for 3 months. Upon arrival, I told the salesman what my price point was (obviously lower than the sticker price) and he said he would try to work with me. I waited and waited while they got my information (even though I came with a pre-approval from my bank) and called in everything. I was then placed in another salesman's office only to be told that they would not negotiate the price and in-turn added 1,500 more dollars to the sticker price.

Even despite them knowing that I was interested in the same model at another dealership they didn't even attempt to keep my business. I don't know what kind of training these salesmen have but obviously they never learned how to listen to a customer OR negotiate at all. I don't know how they expect to sell any cars.or wait, they didn't.

The first salesman told me they only sold one car that day. I do not recommend dealing with these people as you will have your time wasted and should expect to pay more for any car then what they ask.
