Moe's Automotive is an extremely honest mechanic. He only charges for the work that was done and often provides an estimate but charges less if it was an easier job than expected. He is accommodating to diverse schedules. He sits down with the customer to discuss the symptoms of a problem and will explain different ways to try fixing it, never displaying over-confidence in his ideas for fixing it.
He makes recommendations always speaking from experience specific to the make and model of the car. I appreciate his honesty and will continue to take my car to him for many years to come.

I've had an 2014 Allroad, a 2006 Silverado, and more recently my 2018 Grand Cherokee in for various repairs. Most recently, I was certain a squeal in one of my wheels was the brakes needing new pads. I also needed an oil change. After requesting both, I got a call saying my brakes were fine and the oil change was done. The squeak was gone when I got the car back, so perhaps it was nothing to begin with.
Each time, Moe has had my car done on time and for a reasonable price. A mechanic who calls to say a requested repair doesn't need to be done is one that will get repeat business from me.

Shady business. As an employee, I was lied to, belittled, and payed less than minimum wage. I witnessed countless customers over paying and upset by what was said vs what the bill came out to be. Moe is a nice guy at the surface, but in reality just wants all your money. I get that to an extent, but I'm not about to buy something from someone I don't trust.
Buy a better car than the ones that constantly break down! That's the only ones they claim to "specialize" in. And if you have a Saab, take it to a Firestone or jiffy lube! They do honest work and that's worth more than money.

Mo is the most genuine and honest person I know. I came to Mo after VW dealership misdiagnosed my car three times and charged me an egregious amount of money. I had to tow my car from VW to my home. After hearing about Mo, I towed my car to his shop and he and his team fixed my car from the smallest to the largest fixes with the most reasonable price ever!
I will recommend his service every single day for anything because he is so good at what he does. He is always smiling and he has a can do attitude with a realistic view! My father who lives in South Carolina who is always skeptical of everyone but truly adores Mo and thinks of him so often! That's saying something! Thank you Mo for being so awesome and always taking care of your customers with honesty and truly a smile!

Took my 2000 Blazer to Moe's due to a busted seal on the front right axle and issues with the tie rod causing the car to pull hard to the left. I was quoted for $400 which seemed reasonable. The next day I got a call from Moe saying it would be a good idea to replace some rusty ball joints for an extra $160. He made a good case so I said yes. A few days later when I paid the total came to $709.
Even after tax this was about $100 more than I expected. After reviewing the bill I found a few parts that were necessary for the repair but not included in the quote, I believe they were new seals for the tie rod. Minus 1 star for a bad quote. Immediately after getting my car back I noticed weird behavior in my brakes. At low speeds my anti-locks would kick on if I braked even moderately hard (still very far from a skid, typical braking for a stop sign or crosswalk).
No one at the shop had mentioned anything about this. Not sure if they knew about it and didn't want to appear at fault or if they never drove the car after the repair. Minus 2 stars for causing a new issue with my car. On the bright side my car does not pull to the left anymore.
