Creech Import Repair

Going to Creech for years with 4 different cars. The cars work much better after spending a day at the Creech spa. I prefer to keep the cars I own running for as long as possible and then some. Creech makes that possible. I recommend taking your car there regularly and asking them to check things over and authorize their recommendations. Preventive maintenance is cheaper in the long run. Keeping cars longer and maintained by local shops is "buying American".

I am so impressed with their commitment to communications during the repairs. they got back to me several time to ask questions and present options. I appreciate their attitude toward good customer care and following through with great work in the shop! They were truthful in their assessments and time to repair and lived up to that! I recommend them to anyone needing reliable, honest repairs.

It was recommended that I get my lug nuts looked at by my tire rotation place that I go to. I called Creech Imports and they were able to get me in rather quickly and looked at all my lug nuts and came back to me with 3 that needed to be replaced. They were very precise and timely and I feel I can trust them when they tell me what's going on with my car. I would recommend them to anyone especially my family.

I had been going to Creech Import for several years until I moved out of state. I was visiting and stopped in for an oil change. They are a family run business and always professional/polite. They advised me my rear brakes were worn and would need replacing soon. No pressure or scare tactics, just honest assessment. This is a shop that charges a reasonable price for good quality work. You really can't ask for any more than that.

Creech gave outstanding service today. My car would not start so I had it jumped to get it started. I drove to Creech to see what was wrong and to see if they could fix it. They were booked solid so would probably not be able to get to me. But they still took the time to diagnose my problem. It was not just needing a new battery but they also found out my alternator was not charging.

With the supply chain issues I thought getting an alternator might be a real problem. So I figured it would be Friday at best to get this fixed and maybe next week. But Stan said he'd do what he could. Well, Stan and his mechanic did an unbelievable job in getting my car fixed today. I had to post this to let others would know how excellent Creech Import Repair is.

Timely oil change and honest evaluation of needed repairs recommended by dealer service

I did my due diligence before coming to Creech. Very clean shop and responsive management. There are cheaper repair places but you get attentive, honest service here. 2010 Toyota Camry.

I had an alignment and control arm repair on my Subaru. Everyone I encountered was very professional and helpful. They understood my financial needs and did not push when I said I could only do partial service until payday hits again. My car drives better already and I will be returning soon to complete the other service items. This was my first visit and I will be glad to continue giving Creech my business for years to come. I took my car here as a last resort because no one could seem to figure out what the problem was. The experts at Creech figured it out quickly and had the issue fixed the same day. I will happily take my Subaru back there in the future.

I can't recommend this shop enough! I came here for full brake service for my 2005 Subaru and they did a great job at an affordable price (half the cost of the dealership). I brought my own parts because I wanted something specific, which some past shops have given me an attitude about, but these guys were super friendly and helpful. They gave me a list of all the services my car needed & cost without being pushy. I'll definitely come back for any future service!

Brakes were squealing and vibrating when applied, so I took my car into Creech Import Repair. They tested the brakes and took the wheels out to inspect the brake pads/rotors all within 45 minutes. Told me the brakes looked fine and the only he recommended was a brake fluid flush, in which I was told wasn't immediately necessary. Didn't even charge me for the visit. Fast and professional - I will definitely be back.

The gentlemen knocked it out of the park for our Subaru. She's running great, sounds great, looks great. No complaints. Had quite a bit of work done, but they still went the extra mile and even wiped out the engine and inner windshield. Very cool gesture, and I appreciate that. I had them do the oil change too and they only use premium oil and filters. I forgot to check my air filter, but I wouldn't be surprised if they changed that too. I highly recommend. Also they communicate well and listen to your concerns well.

I can't recommend these guys enough! Last week, my check engine light came on in my 2014 Cruze. I called every shop I could think of and everywhere quoted me astronomical costs to repair what I thought needed to be repaired. I called Creech and Jordan was super helpful. He said to bring it by today and they would get it fixed by end of day so I could pick it up on the way home from work.

Sure enough, at 4pm as I was clocking out, I got an update that my car was ready! They don't haggle. They don't upsell services if it's not 100% necessary. I feel a lot more respected here than I have at previous mechanics who upsell me and rip me off. Daniel removed not-super-necessary services from my RO so that I would stay within my budget for repairs, and it made me feel heard. You won't regret coming to Creech! They'll take very good care of you and your car.

Creech Import is the epitome of "Customer Service"! I had a mechanic [who recently retired] I used for over 15 years who was very good, cheap and had integrity. It is extremely difficult to find a an "honest" mechanic these days, who will make you feel "valued" as a customer. I searched on Yelp "Top Rated Honda/Toyota" mechanic and Creech Import Repair popped up.

I read some of the reviews and decided to call them last Thursday. Steven answered and was very patient; listening intently to what my problems were. Oh, did I mention he was also kind? He scheduled me for yesterday [11/15] to service my 2008 Honda Accord. Cameron called me a few hours later to explain what they found. Although it was an expensive repair, I must say I thought they did an "Immaculate" job on my car. They are currently working on my 2001 Toyota truck today. I believe I have found an "Honest" Mechanic again.

I used them only once. But they do deserve the 5 starts. They were detailed in all the information they gave me. They changed my whole AC unit.

I just moved here and faced the all too familiar "how to find a mechanic you trust" challenge. After searching for awhile and reading reviews, I settled on Creech. I've taken my car there twice for an oil change and both times they were super fast (when I arrived early enough). They also told me of any other issues they saw and I felt were straightforward about what were the must-fix issues versus you-could-go-awhile-and-be-okay issues. I like my service providers to be efficient and communicative, and Creech does a great job on both fronts.

They are very upfront and trustworthy. Their pricing is fair. Steven was a great communicator. This is where J will take my cars from now on.

My son took his older Murano in for a check. They gave it the once over, let him know what had to be done and what could wait. Glad we took the vehicle to them.

Great service. Staff was super friendly! I came in with several things that needed done and they took the time to call and approve everything before just doing the service and charger you later. Definitely recommend!

I had a faulty fuel injector on my 07' MKZ. I dropped my car off Thursday afternoon and they called me Friday afternoon to give the details and other issues that I need to handle before it gets too bad. They had my car fixed and I was able to pick it up by closing time. I like the fact that they inform me of any issues that I am not aware of. This is definitely my first go to mechanic shop to service my car.

I found Creech after researching options for my parents, who were having an issue with their Subaru Outback wagon. My parents had been taking the vehicle to another very good shop, but felt the drive had become too long as they've gotten older. The folks at Creech got them in quickly and my Dad felt like he was treated very well. The repairs were made in a timely manner and my Mom thinks the car drives like new. Although I have not been to their shop, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and I'm pleased that my parents found a new home for their Subaru repairs.

The shop I used to go to was bought buy a larger company. I brought my Honda in for service due to an odd sound that was only happening some of the time. I knew my vehicle needed other work, but I wasn't sure what those things where or in what order to tackle them. I was able to easily schedule an appointment. Their service technicians did an A-Z assessment of my vehicle during that appointment. Creech troubleshot (troubleshooted?) the odd sound and identified it on the first visit.

I was given a quote with parts and labor for the other action items to be completed to ensure my car was running smoothly. I was given clear verbal explanations of the quote and the right order to approach those action items. Creech worked with me to complete some the quote in several visits--Money is tight and they understood. I still have some work to be completed, but I have peace of mind now.

That is the most important part for me--I have got to have that vehicle running. I was given the time to understand the "roadmap" provided in the quote as well as time to address my questions and concerns. I'm not a car guru, I just need it to run. At no point did I feel rushed or that I was being taken advantage of. The Team at Creech took ownership of my repair needs and again provided a very high level of peace of mind and attention to detail. Customer Service is often lost today, but this shop has it and delivers all of the above. I was incredibly impressed, and now I've got a new shop I know I can rely on.

Very happy with the service from Creech, been here a few times. They know what they are doing, do quality work, don't upsell, are very honest, and won't recommend doing work unless you actually need it. They have also checked things without charging, which I didn't expect but greatly appreciate, and things like that and the rest make me a loyal customer.

I brought my 2016 Hyundai Sonata in to have the brakes checked, as I was hearing a disturbing grinding noise. With only 37k miles, they should not have worn out. The dealer was too far away, and I would have had to wait several days to get in. I made the appointment on Creech's website, and got confirmed quickly. When I arrived, I was greeted right away.

They took my car back to one of the bays, and I waited in their homey and comfortable waiting room. Not long after, the service agent came to me and explained that the brakes were in good shape, estimating that they had at least another 20k miles before replacing the pads. He suspected that something had gotten into the space between disc and pad to make the noise, but assured me that the brakes were fine.

This was a load off my mind! All this to say that they are honest, courteous, and professional. These folks are the real deal. They have my confidence and future business. Thanks, guys - I'm sold!

When I moved to Raleigh about five years ago, I was dreading finding a good mechanic. After joining Angie's List, I decided on Creech Imports based on reviews. Creech's has never disappointed me. I don't ever feel pressured to make a decision right away. They are honest with telling me what is a priority and what can be put off for another visit.

My car is a 2005, but they help me keeping it running well. The prices are a little higher than a regular Jiffy Lube, but I think it is well worth it! I love that I'm supporting a local family run business. Also, I always feel so comfortable in their waiting room. There's always soft chairs, magazines, snacks, coffee, WiFi, cold drinks, and a nice restroom. Great customer service!
